Applications Training Specialist

Before starting PC SmartZ, Patricia worked as an adjunct trainer for Madison-Oneida BOCES and Mohawk Valley Community College.  She has exceptional computer skills and has taught classes at several area businesses as well as remote training and support.

Patricia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering and has been teaching desktop applications since 1991.
